Professional and industry experience ​

Puneet comes with 22 plus years of industry experience. He is associated to the CPR industry is almost 15 years wherein he has helped companies like Polaris, Vinculum, EY build their retail practices from scratch.​

Puneet is currently heading global retail for digital and technology transformation at KPMG wherein he is helping the member firms to build an alliance ecosystem which consists of the large OEM’s and boutique operators in the retail industry. The core objective is to continue building value driven solutions which are outcome lead and focuses more on revenue growth. There is a big emphasis on frontend solutions which enables hyper-personalization and improved connect with the end customer. ​

Puneet leads the Retail tech practice and has helped multiple retailers across geographies in  building an integrated robust solution. He has worked with retailers across sectors comprising of fashion, footwear, electronics, grocery, convenience, super & hyper markets, food, etc. ​

Puneet has been felicitated as one of The Most Influential Retail Leaders by Asia Retail Congress for the years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2024.​
