Sudha is a Food Technologist from SNDT Mumbai and has 29 years of experience in the food industry. She is a subject matter expert in food processing & nutrition.  She is highly intuitive and can marry intelligence with intuition. She is a certified Sensory and flavor Expert,  BRCGS Lead Auditor, and trained in International cuisines by Culinary Institute of America, NY  She started her career with Dominos in India and led the brand through the initial years with strong menu and supplier development. She then went on to work with Mcdonald's India for 12 years managing various portfolios and has many winning products and business concepts to her credit.
For the past decade she has been globe trotting leading R&D for Papa Johns International  and launching products across markets with her multilinguistic team. Currently she leads International Food Safety and Quality for the Brand and has been instrumental in opening Brand Papa Johns in various countries and growing business in these countries.  
At a personal level, she believes a healthy mind and body are very important for a woman as she constantly switches roles between a mother, wife & corporate woman. She ran the 21 K Marathon, practices Tai Chi and is an ardent follower of Isha Yoga. 
She is grateful for all the people and experiences in her life and strongly believes in giving back to society. As a Rotarian, Past President she has led & supported local communities in the area of Woman Empowerment, Literacy, Water, and Sanitation. She also launched a skill development program for visually challenged children where they are trained to use their unique & strong abilities of touch and smell to evaluate Food.
She is married to A.S Shankarnarayan, who is a Charter Financial Planner and runs his financial firm.  Her son, Aditya is an Engineer in Computer Science and works in Pune.
